How Meal Planning and Mindful Eating can Coexist (1 CE)
In this program, registered dietitian and nutrition therapist Leslie Schilling will discuss how meal planning can be used to foster well-being and improve mindful eating in individuals and families alike. When used with the intention of self-care, meal planning can become a supportive behavior that enhances connection with others, enjoyment of food, and mindful eating strategies.

Leslie Schilling, MA, RDNis a nationally recognized registered dietitian, sport dietitian, author, and nutrition therapist. Through her years as a nutrition professional, Leslie has practiced in many settings including infant nutrition, general pediatrics, and children with special health care needs.
Leslie owns Schilling Nutrition, a Las Vegas-based private nutrition and wellness consulting business. She focuses her practice on counseling young families, those of all ages with disordered eating issues, and professional athletes and performers.
